Looking To Break Into The Music Industry? The Big Music Project Can Help!
As soon as we heard about The Big Music Project (TBMP) we couldn’t wait to start pitching our film production ideas for such a worthwhile and rewarding initiative. Successful on this jaunt, it has now become our mission to make short films for TBMP as it travels across the country, hosting live events in; Glasgow, London, Cardiff and Belfast.
With the tag line:
‘If you’re 14-24, love music, and want to get your career on the right track – then we’re here to help YOU make it happen’
Chinacake Productions is looking forward to working with TBMP to support and develop young people looking to start a career in the music industry. Recognising how hard it is for aspiring young talent to get a foot in the door, especially when you’re just starting out; this project aims to change that. Creating real opportunities to gain experience, develop skills and discover all the possibilities that the music industry has to offer.
Funded with £4million from the Big Lottery Fund and delivered by some of the UK’s biggest brands in entertainment and charity, it’s great to see them come together as a consortium to bring industry-leading skills and experience to create UK-wide development opportunities for young people.
If you’re aged between 14-24 and looking to get into the music industry, why not get involved too? You can find all the details and dates we’re going to be filming on their website here.
…And if you do manage to get yourself along to any of The Big Music Project Live events, make sure you come and give us a little “hello!”
